ESTJ also has a lot of extroverted leadership traits, such as being assertive and decisive. He's also a pretty strong personality, and he is very good at delegating tasks and keeping track of important details.
He is not an ESTP because he is not a leader, and he is not an extroverted personality. He is just a regular guy who happens to be a successful business man and diplomat. He's not an extrovert, he is not particularly outspoken or even assertive, and he doesn't really like to be the center of attention unless it is necessary.
