Okami personality type is ESTJ, the reserved, type.
I do not claim to be an expert on Japanese culture or personality types, but I do have some knowledge about Japanese games. I’ve played a ton of games, some of which are more Mature-rated than others. I’ll probably make a separate blog post about that, but this is more about personality types, so I’ll just mention that I have a lot of games on the PS2. I also have a Nintendo DS, so I’ve played a lot of Nintendo DS games.
I have noticed that the personality types of the characters of Japanese games are different from the personality types of the characters of American games. The personalities are different, but the trait of being reserved is the same. There are also differences in how they act, but this is what I am most interested in here.
Okami is the wife of Mr. Duffi and mother of Madge in the film Castle in the Sky.
