ASMR helps me to feel connected to people, to feel loved, and to feel accepted. It helps me to feel safe, to feel free, and to feel happy. It helps me to feel loved by my environment.
ASMR allows me to be myself. There are no pretenses, no masks, no hidden agendas—just me. ASMR allows me to be present with myself in a way that I can’t be in my everyday life.
It helps me to be present with the world around me. As an Introvert, I am often overwhelmed by the world around me, by the hundreds of people that I encounter on a daily basis.
