I’m not sure if there is any significance in this, but looking at the film’s trailers, it seems like the director’s intent is to present the princess character as a strong, independent young woman. INTPs are known for being capable, intelligent, and focused people with good interpersonal skills, so the character type fits the bill quite well here. On top of that, INTPs are known to have an interest in everyday things… so the fact that the film’s princess character is also interested in cooking, photography, and makeup is also a nice fit.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a Korean film with an INTP character type. I’ve come across several films in which INTPs are portrayed as realistic, well-rounded characters that are willing to take chances in life. INTPs are also known to be artistic in nature, so it makes sense that they are drawn to art and are quite good at it, too.
