Her only flaws are often that she doesn't see how perfect she is ,that she's "too nice", "not like other girls" and has a tragic backstory . The term Mary Sue is sometimes even used outside of the Fanfiction community, to generally describe an overpowered hero . The male version is called Gary Stu.
