Anya as a character is probably as close as I have come to a heroine I can relate to. In this book she shows a raw honesty and it really resonates with me as an INFP. Anya’s relationship with her future husband, Gavriil, is so sweet and you can see sparks flying between them from the very first chapter. The fact that she is inexperienced and kind of insecure about that is something I can completely relate to and is something that gave me hope for my own struggles with finding love and happiness. Anya’s character is sweet and soft and we see her grow throughout the story.
