He may be stoic and introspective, but he’s also likely very sensitive. He may be more of a caretaker than an active participant (he may be the kind of person who is most interested in the people around him than he himself).
I speculate that this makes him introverted, intuitive, and feeling, all at the same time. I’m also guessing he’s an INFJ because he’s talking about how he “always thought that I was an INFJ, but that was just my own opinion.”
