Glink personality type is INFJ, the rarest of the sixteen types. INFJ's are extremely rare, making up less than 2 percent of the population. The reason INFJ personalities are rare is because INFJ's are very sensitive and emotional people. This makes INFJs feel like outsiders in society. INFJ's place a high value on their feelings and personal connections. They see connections with other people as extremely important. INFJ's are very internally focused and prefer to work on their own. They value their own thoughts and feelings above all else. INFJ's are characterized by their unique sense of idealism. They see the world in a way that allows them to see good in everyone. INFJ's have a very strong capacity for empathy and compassion for people in need. They have a difficult time being objective and tend to be over-sensitive to criticism. They have a very sincere demeanor and tend to have a compassionate nature even in the face of difficult circumstances. INFJ's have a difficult time being assertive. They have a very hard time asserting themselves in a practical sense because of their high sensitivity and emotional nature.
