Lizzka personality type is ESTP, which is why I am so interested in exploring this theory. When I was 15, I actually had an ESTP boss who was very much like Lizzka. He was disliked by many, but he was also very charismatic and he could be very fun to work for. In fact, he was a perfect example of the ESTP personality type for me as I was 15 at the time.
I remember my boss talking about how he is very much like Lizzka, which is why he is successful.
In my opinion, the ESTP personality type is extremely hard to deal with as a boss. Why? Well, because people that are ESTP love the thrill of the chase, and they love a good challenge. Also, they are very very confident in their actions and they always seem to have a plan. They are able to take a situation and turn it into a challenge.
However, this personality type has a huge downfall. In my opinion, it’s because of this confidence that they can become so demanding and so pushy. This is especially true when you have a lot of people working for you.
