Paulo Ratz (Livraria em Casa) personality type is ENFJ, and it's the first time I've had a personality type from this great personality system.
In the first chapter of each book there are descriptions of ENFJs, and they are incredibly accurate. For example, they comment on my penchant for making lists of things to do. They describe my tendency to want to find order and make sense of things.
I am a great believer in the power of personality type. It is an extraordinarily accurate way of understanding one's own personality, and of understanding what works for the people you work with.
The ENFJ personality is an incredibly powerful personality type. They can be very charismatic leaders, but they can also be hard-nosed decision-makers. They can be some of the most creative people on the planet, but they have a great capacity to take things from concept to product. And, as I found out from reading some of the feedback from people who have read my first book, they have a great capacity to see some things that other people don't see.
For example, when I was working on the first book, I had a lot of people on my team who were very talented at telling me what they thought should be in a book.
