When I was at my INTP best, I would often look at things like they were constructed out of Lego pieces. As if I could pick up a part and see how it fit together. For me, this was a way to understand how things work and how to build them. I was also a huge fan of puzzles and games.
A lot of my past experiences were a lot like this too. I could see the logic in things and the patterns. I remember being particularly fascinated by complex patterns. While I was in college, I took a course in mathematics and discovered that I fell in love with math.
