I am a female, an ISFJ. I have been studying for this test for a couple of months. I have been studying under the instruction of an ISFJ friend. I have never taken a personality test before, but I felt I was rather close to guessing the ISFJ personality.
I am an ISFJ, and I do agree with most of what is said in this article. However, I also believe that while this is true for most ISFJs, the ISFJ is the least likely of all the types to find themselves in leadership roles. While other types, like the ESFJ, are more likely to do this because they are more extroverted (and can get away with not reading all that much), the ISFJ is the type that is most likely to be able to manage their emotions and learn how to delegate effectively so they can get more done in less time.
I'm an ISFJ, and I agree with most of what's said here. I felt like I was close to guessing my type. I've always wondered if I would be suited to leadership role because of my introverted nature.
