I was recently sent an article by someone claiming to be an INFJ (in fact, the article was published on an INFJ blog), which uses the same terms as my own analysis to describe the Myers-Briggs types.

INFJs are the only type that will sacrifice their own needs for the sake of others. They are also the only type that will sacrifice other people's needs for their own sake. This is because they will not force other people to change. They will actually help other people find their own route to self-actualization, which is part of the reason why they are so compassionate.
INFJ Ni all-giver. They are very compassionate, but not to the point that they will take advantage of other people or cause them to feel dependent on them.
