What is the personality type of J.H. van der Hoop? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for J.H. van der Hoop from Psychology & Neuroscience and what is the personality traits.
J.H. van der Hoop personality type is INTP, which is the very last type in the model. He’s a very strange character, with strange ideas.
Not so much in his own right, but in the context of the movie. If you look at the movie’s plot, in hindsight it makes sense why he might have been in it. The real reason is that, because of his strange ideas, he’s sort of a curiosity. The last thing you want to do when you’re making a movie is to have your main character die in it. The audience doesn’t want to see that happen. So you have to have a reason for having him show up. It was very much a case of “make him interesting enough so that he’ll be in the movie for a while.”
So, what’s your favourite part of your job?
I love the concept of storyboarding. We don’t get to do it very often, but when we do, I love it. It’s such an interesting job to do. There’s so much artistry involved.
