Roberto Assagioli personality type is INFJ, which is a rare combination of introverted intuition and extroverted feeling. I’m not sure what a “type” means in a general sense because it seems to be a lot of different things for different people, but I think it’s a good way to think about personality. After all, we have a type of personality, and we have a type of personality, etc. But it doesn’t really seem to add up to anything that makes sense—it’s just a lot of letters. In fact, I don’t even know if there is a correlation between these letters for all INFJs. They’re just the letters that I pulled from this table because I’m actually interested in the INFJ archetype and the associated type.
As you can see, the letters don’t really make sense and they don’t match up with the table in any meaningful way. That’s because it’s not really about the letter; it’s about two things: (1) the kind of person you are, and (2) how you experience the world.
Roberto Assagioli (27 February 1888 – 23 August 1974) was an Italian psychiatrist and transpersonal psychologist who was a pioneer in the fields of humanistic and transpersonal psychology. Assagioli founded the psychological movement known as psychosynthesis, which is still being developed today by therapists and psychologists, who practice the psychological methods and techniques he developed.
