    INFP

    INFP (4w5)

Petrarch personality type is INFP, a type that’s a bit rarer but no less interesting.

INFPs are all about personal growth and self-realization. And most INFPs use the power of nature to help them get there. In this case, they use nature to grow their own understanding of the universe.

INFPs come from a tradition of seekers who’ve been searching for truth for centuries. They seek to understand the universe from a place of comfort and understanding, not from a place of fear and doubt.

INFPs are the true idealists of the world. They’re a group that tends to understand that a lot of what we think we know is just plain wrong. They tend to have a more questioning attitude towards what they do know, and a greater desire to learn new things. This is a group that’s bound to have a sharp sense of humor, and a penchant for self-deprecation.

And while INFPs can be a bit more liberal in their outlook, they also have a tendency to be a bit more conservative when it comes to politics and social policies.

Francesco Petrarca (July 20, 1304 – July 18/19, 1374), commonly anglicized as Petrarch (/ˈpiːtrɑːrk, ˈpɛt-/), was an Italian scholar and poet during the early Italian Renaissance who was one of the earliest humanists. Petrarch's rediscovery of Cicero's letters is often credited with initiating the 14th-century Italian Renaissance and the founding of Renaissance humanism. In the 16th century, Pietro Bembo created the model for the modern Italian language based on Petrarch's works, as well as those of Giovanni Boccaccio, and, to a lesser extent, Dante Alighieri. Petrarch would be later endorsed as a model for Italian style by the Accademia della Crusca.
