ISTJ Mistakes
Picking fights over every little thing.
There are no battles (at least in the MBTI sense) worth fighting. If something doesn't need to be done, just don't do it. And don't do it if you're not sure if it should be done.
Lack of empathy.
I'm not sure if this is a real mistake or not. But I've seen many ISTJs who seem to lack empathy for others. I've also encountered many ISTJs who seem to have no problem empathizing with others. It really depends on the individual.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think being an ISTJ is a bad thing.
George Eastman (July 12, 1854 – March 14, 1932) was an American entrepreneur who founded the Eastman Kodak Company and helped to bring the photographic use of roll film into the mainstream.
