Katsuyori Shibata personality type is ESTJ, which is one of the sixteen types of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. ESTJ personalities are known as the “Chief Executive Officer” of the world, which makes sense since they love to be in charge. They are the reliable leader, the person you go to for advice, and the person who is always there for you. Unlike other versions of ESFJ, ESTJs aren’t the “people pleaser” who just want to make everyone happy.
