    Pat Patterson is a former Canadian football player, coach and executive. Patterson played in the Canadian Football League from the 1950s through to the 1970s. He played college football at the University of Arizona and professionally for the NFL's Cleveland Browns, winning a Grey Cup championship with the team in 1964. Patterson was a prolific passing quarterback with a high career completion percentage, a long touchdown to interception ratio, and a long career as a coach and executive. He was a General Manager for the AFL's Houston Oilers from 1975 to 1979, the Canadian Football League's Hamilton Tiger-Cats from 1981 to 1985 and the CFL's Edmonton Eskimos from 1985 to 1992.

    Pat Patterson is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the 1954 NFL Draft, and played that season with the team. He played college football at Bemidji State University.
