This may be true for some people, but I believe the personality types are the same, they just express themselves differently (especially in the workplace, where social skills are important). I was actually attracted to the ENTJ personality type because of their strong ability to look at situations analytically and come up with solutions to problems. I think the majority of entrepreneurs are ENTJs because they are so driven to succeed. ENTJs are so driven to succeed that they often feel that they have to do it all alone, because no one else will understand them or be able to help them reach their goals. ENTJs are very independent and often don't like it when people give them advice. ENTJs are often stereotyped as being arrogant and self-centered, however I believe this stereotype is only true in the workplace and in relationships. ENTJs love visionary ideas and sometimes can be very stubborn in defending them, especially when no one else will listen.
