You Know, I'm Something Of A Scientist Myself personality type is ENTP, and I'm not at all surprised that you and I and all the other ENTPs in the world are the only ones who don't know about this. It's not like we're in some sort of secret organization. We're just in a different category than everybody else, and we can't tell our own kind about what we know.
Why I'm writing this blog post is that I'm tired of living this way, and I'm tired of hearing people say "I'm an ENTP" when they're really just a NTJ, because they can't possibly be an ENTJ or an ENFJ, and they certainly aren't an INTJ.
It irks me so much because I'm so clearly an ENTP — it's like people think we're aliens. I mean, I've been called a "space alien" before. But it's not actually true, because I'm an ENTP, and not an alien at all.
I know I'm not alone here, either. There are lots of us who are tired of being mislabeled, tired of the jokes, tired of the confusion. We want to be treated like regular people.
