Unfortunately, none of these things help him much.
He keeps trying to do things that will help him in his career as a programmer and entrepreneur, but they don’t work.
What does work is just being himself, and doing what that is. If that means going to code camps and listening to talks, then so be it. If that means being himself, then that is what he must do.
The problem with this approach is that he doesn’t know what it is that he should be being himself.
