Well, first of all, Muskrat is our hero. He has his own superhero identity. Like, he’s always got his mask on, and he doesn’t talk about himself or what he does all that much. He doesn’t need to. He’s the personification of the very first part of the Myers-Briggs personality test, where you have to first work hard at understanding other people. That’s what Muskrat does. He gets into other people’s heads and tries to help them understand themselves better.
He’s also great at helping other people understand things better. He doesn’t really care what happens to him, but he likes to use his skills to make other people’s lives better.
That’s why he’s the leader of the Resistance. He doesn’t care about fighting or winning or anything like that. All that matters is that everyone else gets better at understanding things.
