William Waack personality type is INTJ, which is the most common and one of the strongest types. INTJs are perfectionists and have a strong need for order and structure. They are also very intellectual, with a very logical mind. These people have a tough time living with those who lack the ability to see things from a logical point of view. They are private people and will only share their thoughts with those they consider to be close to them. More introverted than extroverted, INTJs prefer to work alone rather than with others, especially in social situations.

INTJs make great leaders because they are able to organize, prioritize, and follow through on plans. They are also good at working through problems and finding effective solutions. They are logical and can be counted on to get things done. They may not be the life of the party, but they will always strive to get things done.

A lot of people find this personality type intimidating because of the strong mind that comes with it. INTJs are very logical and prefer to focus on the facts rather than emotions and concepts. This can make them seem cold and distant, but they are more reserved than they appear. They will always do what they believe is right and will stand up for those they care about.
