Zhang Zuolin personality type is ESTJ, I believe. I'm 100% sure about this. I just think that's what she looks like and that's what she is.
I don't know what you're getting at, though. Zhang Zuolin is an iconic figure of the Chinese Revolution and the founding father of modern China. I don't care what type he is, he is a revolutionary and a historic figure. If anyone says different, they are wrong.
Not quite sure what you mean by "stronghold". Zhang Zuolin was a military commander and his personality was very determined and focused; however, he was not a "being in command" kind of person. He was a "being in command" kind of guy, but not a "strongholder" kind of guy. The latter has to do with the following type:
