I’m an ENTP & my advice is that you find out your type and then find out what type or types that is in your team. You can then work with them best. But I’m not going to tell you how to do this. I’m going to tell you a couple of techniques I use when I’m in a meeting with a group of people and want to know which type they are.
1) Ask a Simple Question
The simplest way to find out is with a simple question. I ask people how they describe themselves. If they go with a one word answer, then that’s probably what type they are. If they start talking about what type they think they are, then I know they are probably thinking about that, not the true answer.
