Sheikh Ahmad Al Mansur (Arabic: أحمد المنصور, translit. ʾAhmad Al Mansūr) (born 1935) is a Saudi Arabian religious leader, Islamic scholar and political activist. He is the first-ever Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia. He was also the deputy head of the Supreme Judicial Council of Saudi Arabia.
Mansour had been an outspoken critic of "the West" and its role in the Middle East and world politics. In 2002, he reportedly called to expel all Americans from the Arab and Muslim world, writing, "We should not wait for the right time to be hit by a war. It is a big mistake for us to expect friendly attitudes from the west and that it would never attack us."
In July 2003, Mansour was appointed by King Fahd as the first Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and confirmed as a member of the Council of Senior Religious Scholars of Saudi Arabia. He was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Council on 24 September 2003 and became head of the council on 6 January 2005.
