    Julian Castro
    ENFJ

    ENFJ (3w2)

Julian Castro personality type is ENFJ, but he has a weak feeling function, which means that he is not capable of sensing others' emotions and is therefore not well-equipped to use his own empathy and introspection. The ENFJ leader's weakness in this area is compensated for by his dominant extraverted feeling function, which helps him use his intuition and imagination to connect with people and create a sense of community among them.

The ENFJ leadership style is often described as warm, friendly, and outgoing. But this is only part of the picture. In order to be effective leaders, ENFJs need to be conscious of how they are perceived by their own employees. They have to be sensitive to the needs and desires of their employees and realize that their employees may not always be honest with them about their feelings. ENFJs can be very good at recognizing other people's feelings because of their strong introspection and their ability to draw conclusions from what they perceive. However, they can sometimes miss the bigger picture due to being too focused on the emotions that people are expressing. They also need to be aware of the fact that their employees may not always share their views or see things from exactly the same perspective as they do.
