As a type, they typically have a lot of energy and a tendency to be impulsive. And this can be a challenge for them. They can sometimes have a hard time balancing socializing and being alone.
It's not uncommon for them to find themselves being too social or too quiet. So it's important to understand that introverts just need to be let alone sometimes. They need to learn how to recharge their batteries and calm down from time to time.
This is why I think ENFPs can be a great personality type for introverts. They tend to be very outgoing and energetic.
