David Brendi (GadgetIn) personality type is INTP, as is the author of this post. I’m a very eclectic person who enjoys reading about various topics, especially when they’re well-written. I’m also a big fan of the American TV series “Breaking Bad” (see my review of Breaking Bad on Amazon). That said, I was not involved in the development of the personality assessment tools. Getting to Know Yourself with the MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an assessment tool that is used to classify personality types based on four personality dimensions. The MBTI was developed in the early 20th century by Isabel Myers and her mother Katherine Briggs. The MBTI is based on Jungian psychology, but it is different from Jung’s original theory in that it focuses on personality rather than personality type. Personality type is a general orientation that individuals can have towards situations that are outside of their control.
