Trymacs personality type is INFP, which is a great fit for a lot of people, but I've found that there are a few things that can get in the way of them being able to feel their best.
The first thing that affects me is the fact that I have a hard time meditating. This is something that many people struggle with, and I'm sure it's a very common problem. The problem I always have is a complete inability to sit still. This can make it impossible to get in a meditative state.
The second thing that gets in the way of me being my best is the fact that I have a hard time "being present". In my mind, I think that I should be able to just sit there and… be present. But this is something that I have been practicing for years and still have a long way to go. I've been able to get better at it, but it's still something that's a struggle for me sometimes.
The last thing that can get in the way of me being my best is a general lack of motivation. It's very easy for me to get caught up in my own thoughts and become lazy.
