ENTJ: The Entrepreneurial Leader
ENTJs are defined as leaders who are driven to lead and to succeed. ENTJs love to be in charge and they also love to take charge. ENTJs prefer to take the whole of a project, and then figure out how to split it into smaller tasks for more specific people or departments. ENTJs are great at setting the vision and building the team, but they can’t always get the results on their own. This is why they are often the first to admit that they need help. ENTJs are very good at delegating authority, but they aren’t great at delegating responsibility. ENTJs are the type of person who sees their vision through to the end, regardless of how long it takes, regardless of how much it costs, regardless of how much effort it takes to get there. Every ENTJ has a vision for something big, and they all have a way of making it happen. ENTJs are great at making things happen, but ENTJs are not great at delegating authority.
