St Bruno personality type is INTP, and I think that is why I can’t get along with them. I’m not sure. My best friend is an INTP. Our communication styles are so different, but there is some level of compatibility there. That’s probably why we are able to get along so well.
I have known so many different types of people over the course of my life, and some are more compatible with me than others. I have also learned that if two people are not able to connect on a personal level, it doesn’t mean that they cannot connect on a professional level.
When I first started my career at Google, I worked on the Google News team, where I defined new search algorithms for news results. It was a very collaborative team, but there were more INTPs at Google than any other type, so I knew it would be difficult to connect with them on a personal level.
After about nine months, I decided to leave Google to start my own company. When I was looking for a cofounder, I had two INTPs sent over to meet with me. As I talked to them, I realized they didn’t know anything about the company.
