Anne "Nan" Blythe personality type is ISFP, so she would probably be the absolute ideal candidate for a lot of the stuff I said; she's also got a bit of a reputation for being a good judge of character. She'd be a good judge of character and she'd probably be fairly good at seeing through people, and possibly more skilled in that than I am. But I guess that's something that's not really relevant to my question.
I'm going to go ahead and assume that your question is more about how I would approach this kind of thing, rather than whether or not it would be a good idea to do. That makes me wonder if you're not just concerned about how Nan might react to me or something.
It's an interesting question, though. I don't think I've ever been in this situation before, so I don't know if I have an answer for you.
On the one hand, I think that's completely reasonable. Most people don't have any idea what it's like to have a job where you have to deal with others all day long, and they certainly don't know what it's like to be a person with a disability.
