Joost personality type is ISFJ, but this is not because I am trying to express my own strengths or experiences. Instead, I am looking to understand the way the world works, and the way people act, so that I can better predict how they will act in future.
I think this is how many people become leaders, by understanding the way the world works, and then influencing it. I am not saying that you can’t be a leader just because you are underdeveloped, but I think that if your growth is not well-paced, you may be tempted to ignore what you know, because you feel that you aren’t ready to lead.
From the time I was a child, I have been underdeveloped in many areas of my life. My physical growth was stunted, as a result of a lack of stimulation. My development as a person was stunted as a result of my parents’ destructive relationship. My psychological growth was stunted as a result of my parents’ destructive relationship. And my spiritual growth was stunted as a result of my parents’ destructive relationship.
