Jackson Lamb personality type is ESTJ, so he'd be a great candidate for a debate moderator.
Sealbearer I'm trying to find a good debate moderator for the debates, I've had a few ideas but I'd like to hear them from you guys.
Here's what I'm thinking:
4 people on each side of the table, and each person will be able to ask 1 question to each candidate. If there are 5 people on each side, then 2 questions will be asked.
It might be good to have two ESTJ's on each side in terms of being able to become the "bad cop" if need be.
I'm also thinking that they should all have the same background - an expert in the subject matter of the debates (politics, economics, etc.).
If anyone else has any ideas, please share them with me, I'm always open to suggestions.
