Baron Von Steamer personality type is ENTJ, and it has been my experience that when ENTJ's are not expressing themselves, they are extremely uncomfortable. I'm talking about the guy who is a natural-born leader who needs to be heard and who really does not like to NOT be in charge. A great example of this is the ENTJ's desire to be the quarterback of his own life. The ENTJ will take the center stage and make decisions without much input from anyone else. For all of the ENTJ's who are very confident and powerful, I really don't know how these people can stand to not be in charge.
The ENTJ's who don't express themselves are very much like the ENTJ who is not feeling the need to be in control. They have a hard time expressing themselves, and they are uncomfortable with others who don't feel like they need to be in control. The ENTJ who doesn't express himself has a good sense of self, but he has trouble accepting what other people want or need. This is a problem that can be solved by recognizing and appreciating the other person's needs. ENTJ's will also need to recognize that they need to lower their need for control.
