Ladder Zombie personality type is ESTJ, or the “The Manager,” a quiet, serious, and purposeful type who puts in a lot of daily work. This is a “big picture” type, who is high on facts, detail and accuracy, and low on imagination, creativity and emotion. ESTJs are extremely hard workers, and are typically seen as leaders or managers.

The Ladders personality typing system was created by David Keirsey, who was a professor at California State University, Long Beach. Keirsey saw that there were too many different types in the world, and created his own system based on the 16 personality types listed above. He named the four function-attitude pairs:
