ENTJs can be charismatic, outgoing and at times overbearing, but generally they are good leaders. ENTJs are the type that will be seen as being more hands on with the people they work with, sometimes this means being aggressive and demeaning to other people, to get the best out of them or because they are so sure of themselves there is no point in being nice.
ENTJs are brilliant at coming up with new ideas and strategies, they are able to take any problem and turn it into a solution. This is their greatest strength. ENTJs are also good at seeing things from other people’s point of view. They are the type to ‘curate’ ideas and other people’s opinions can easily be swayed by them. They are not usually great at seeing things from their own point of view.
