Paty Cofré personality type is ESTJ, which is a “leadership” type. She just doesn’t have the kind of personal finesse that I have found to be helpful in my own personal development.
What I have found helpful for myself is to spend time on the “C” functions on the MBTI test, which is what I am doing on this blog. The C functions are: Introverted Sensing (Si), Introverted Intuition (Ni), and Extraverted Thinking (Te).
The Introverted Sensing function is the personal sense of the world that we have, and we see it through our senses, and we feel it in our bodies. The Sensing function is the “life part” of the personality, and I believe that it is the most common personality type for introverts. It is the function that we must develop to be more effective in our lives. Introverted Sensing is also called “perceiving” or “seeing.”
The Introverted Intuition function is the “idea” part of the personality and is the ability to discover new ideas and to connect ideas that we may already know.
