Tom Segura personality type is INTP, so I guess this is why he has no problem connecting to the audience, but since I'm ISFP, I can't really connect to him. He's not trying to connect to you, he's just talking to himself about what he's talking about. And I don't get it. The reason people like comedians is because comedians can see things that you don't see. They will see something that's funny in the middle of your life, and it will change your life. You get that feeling that you're not talking to just an audience member, but that you're talking to the world. But I don't get that feeling with Dave.
I tried to make it work, but it's like trying to make a relationship work with an alien. It won't work.
I went to his show tonight in Vegas at the Rio, and I really liked his set, except for the fact that he didn't do any jokes about the Kardashians (he said he didn't do them because he doesn't like them). I was kind of sad that he didn't do that, because I thought that was the only time that he ever did joke about anything.
