I’m sure you can all see where this is going.
For years, I had an ISTP wife. I married her because she was ISTP, because I was ISTP, and because I thought she would make me happy.
It didn’t work out that way.

She was also an ENFJ, like me. We were the first couple to ever move into our new house together. It was a tall, three-story Victorian with tall ceilings and lots of white walls and tall windows. It was the house that the ENTJ’s in our family had always wanted. The ENTJ’s could see themselves living there, so it was perfect for them. But I was different. I was an ISTP. I saw myself living there with an ENFJ.
