History
Ryo Asuka (Apocalypse) is the son of the 17th head of the Joestar family, Jonathan Joestar. He is a descendant of The Pillar Men, who were defeated by the Joestar Family in order to save humanity from death. In order to prevent future calamities, Jonathan's ancestor, Dio Brando created a microcosm of the world within the dimension of Morioh Town. Ryo was born from a capsule containing a fragment of Dio's soul and a piece of his hair.
