Malcador the Sigillite personality type is INTP, but he could easily be an INTJ who has become subconsciously more aware of his own personality type.
The Master of the Administratum, Grand Master of the Masons, Master of the Hallowed Knights are all INTPs. I think the Templar's are also INTPs, though they may have been less aware of their own types than Malcador.
I think my theory is probably wrong, but it really doesn't matter. As a character he is INTP, and that's that.
Kerebos There's another theory I've been sitting on for a while that I think actually fits better with what we've seen in the books.

This is because most INTPs don't feel the need to hide their type. Most INTPs are happy and confident enough in their ability to see through things that they don't have to hide their type from others.
