The Walrus personality type is ENTJ, a leader, a man in control. The one who is patriarchal in nature. They are a complex man in a lot of ways, but they are very in control and very hard to surprise. Because they don’t have a sense of inferiority, they don’t have a sense that they are less knowledgeable, or less capable. I’m talking about Walrus leadership here, not rat leadership.

The leader is in action, and the group is following, because he’s in control, he’s the boss. And because he’s in control, he’s not going to do anything stupid. Although he can be a little bit rash in his actions, but because he’s in control, it’s not going to be anything that will cause a problem for him.
