Ansem the Wise / DiZ personality type is INTJ, so is Vanitas. The guy's a complete psychopath, which is why he so easily convinces you to do what he wants. He breaks down your personality and then sets you up to take the fall for his actions. He's also an expert at manipulation, as he's been able to convince you that your best interests are in line with his goals.
Roxas's first memory of him shows him as a complete and utter dick. He tricks you, he tricks Sora into doing things that could hurt him and the people he cares about, and he even manipulates you into killing the thing you love most. A seriously disturbed dude.

He may have done some things for the greater good, but that doesn't excuse him from being a complete and utter dick for the majority of the game. He's basically a complete sociopath who knows exactly what buttons to push to get what he wants. He's the kind of guy who will try to kill you at the first chance he gets and will then manipulate you into helping him get away with it.
Roxas is also the only one with a real connection to DiZ, and yet he's completely unable to resist DiZ's manipulation.
