Ramón Rojo personality type is ENTJ, and I think that we can all see that this is a very tough personality to work with. He’s very focused on the big picture, and you can imagine what kind of pressure he carries when he is in charge of a team.
If you’re the manager of a club, and you’ve got a Taurus in charge, you know that he isn’t going to be happy unless things are running smoothly and his way (I know that I am). He likes to micromanage every little aspect of the business, and there’s probably not a single person who can stand up to that kind of pressure.
It’s no wonder that he doesn’t like losing, and when things go wrong (which they usually do at some point), he’s probably the kind of manager who will walk out on the club. I think that we can all see what happens to him when he loses control; he lashes out, causes trouble and generally causes problems for everyone who works with him.
