Marcelo “Isol” personality type is ESTJ, and he decidedly dislikes the impersonal nature of the modern world. And while Tezcatlipoca tries to offer him a less-personal and more-practical approach to living and working, Isol has no interest in that. Instead, he comes up with elaborate schemes to solve his problems.
Then there’s Tezcatlipoca, who’s highly suspicious of Marcelo’s flamboyant approach. He doesn’t like it at all. He has to deal with Marcelo on a daily basis, which means acting like a professional and keeping things professional.
This only adds fuel to the fire of their conflict.
I’m intrigued by the way Tez and Marcelo interact and relate to one another. They’re polar opposites in many ways. Tez is closed and secretive while Marcelo is open and friendly. They each have their own personal style and preference for how they deal with people and situations, and they clash relentlessly based on those differences.
But there’s also something about them that I find so intriguing.
