r/Draven personality type is ESTJ, he's just a little more self-absorbed than most ESTJs. In his case, that means he's not all that concerned with the well-being of others, but he still wants to be liked, so he'll do whatever is necessary to avoid being disliked. He'll be polite and kind to his coworkers and boss, but he doesn't really care what they think of him as long as they respect him and treat him with some modicum of decency, which is more than many people can say. He's probably not a fan of the whole "teamwork" thing and will instead put the needs of the organization before his own, but he'll try to keep his true feelings to himself.
Draven's ESTJ personality type is so inextricably tied up with his identity that it's difficult for him to separate himself from his work. For this reason, he may need some encouragement from others to see where his life takes him in the future. He has a strong sense of duty and responsibility, and if he's capable of making a change in this domain, he will do so, but he has been known to take on jobs for no other reason than that they are a "calling" for him.
