Zyra personality type is ENTJ, which is why I am so good at what I do.
For the last two years, I have been giving speeches to see how my personality type would effect my delivery of my speech, and I have gotten some interesting results.
My ENTJ personality type can be seen through my speeches because I tend to be very blunt. For example, I am very blunt when I tell people what they are doing wrong. It's not being mean or rude. It's being direct.
One of the best examples is when I was giving a speech to a group of executives on how to build a strong team. One of the subjects that came up was that tendency of tendency to give more attention to one person or group of people, which might cause others to feel left out.
I said, "You know, there are certain people who are very talented at social skills, and they are able to talk to everyone, but they are not necessarily good at their job. When they are not able to communicate effectively with their coworkers, it has a ripple effect down the line because people are jealous of them."
